Accounts audited annually
The registered rules require the society's income and expenditure to be audited every year by a qualified auditor.
Banked and controlled
Funds are held in the society's name at a nationalised or scheduled bank, with withdrawals controlled by designated office-bearers under the rules.

Registered 30 November 1999 with the Registrar of Firms, Societies & Chits, Uttar Pradesh; certified committee list on record from 2019.
Registration by the Commissioner of Income Tax, Bareilly, effective from 1 April 2012 (Sl. No. 78/57, 2012-13).
Recognition that donations qualify for deduction under Section 80G, effective from FY 2012-13 onwards.
