Information we receive

To use a form, you provide your name and email address. Depending on the form, you may also choose to provide a subject, message, volunteer interest or an indicative donation amount in INR. Please only share information that is relevant to your enquiry.

Information we do not request

This website does not ask for or process card details, UPI credentials, bank-account details, identity-document numbers or passwords. Please do not include financial, identity or other sensitive personal information in an initial message.

Why we use your information

Information from the forms is used to respond to your enquiry, consider volunteer interest or respond to a donation enquiry. Sending a form does not add you to a marketing list, confirm a volunteer role or create a commitment to accept a donation.

Consent and contact

Each form asks you to confirm that the Foundation may use the details you provide to respond to that request. If you later ask us not to contact you about that request, we will take that preference into account when responding.

Where submissions are kept

Form submissions are stored as private records in the Foundation's WordPress administration area. Where a notification email has been configured, the same submission may also be sent to that address. Access should be restricted to people who need the information to handle the enquiry.

Sharing information

The Foundation does not sell, rent or trade personal information submitted through this website. Information will not be shared for unrelated marketing. It may be disclosed where this is required by applicable law or is necessary to deal responsibly with the enquiry you have made.

Your choices and requests

You may ask the Foundation to correct information, stop future contact about an enquiry or delete information you submitted where reasonably possible. Please email info@isaribratfoundation.org from the address used in your message and include enough detail for the request to be identified.

Retention and security

The Foundation does not publish a fixed retention period on this website. Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry or meet an applicable record-keeping requirement. Access must be handled with care, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
